Demons Of Razgriz prt 11“I miss him…like I missed you. He knew me all too well. And now he is gone. And what did you mean by ‘old friend?’”  “Oh, heh. Him and I went back a long time. Longer than you and I. We were good friends, always had each others back. We were inseparable. More than brothers.”  “So what will you do now? Your still Captain of the Razgriz. And on top of that, you are the most cheered and feared pilot on this side of the planet.”  She laughed out loud. There was something about him that calmed her. Something that reminded her of Maximus. It made her smile.

Demons Of Razgriz prt 10“Damn! He didn’t make it.”   “We can’t take them all, even with our forces! The Yellow squadron alone will wipe us out!”  
 Missiles went everywhere, planes bursting into flames and people could be heard screaming as there planes were hit. Silence was something that no one would hear for a long time.  
 “Val! Look out! Two on your six!”    Issac was trying to get a lock ad then he was fired upon. And then he evaded the missile. Guns were being fired. Orders could be heard. Chaos was upon the land. No one was sure who was winning. No one knew who was the victim, an Demons Of Razgriz prt 10

Demons Of Razgriz prt 9Back in the lounge it was her and him. The two simply sat there in the low light. Neither saying anything and yet at the same time pondering what each other was going to say.  
“So…” he said. “You funnily made it to captain huh?”   “Yea, it’s nice to be in charge.”  “Yea it is…”        Neither in that room could find the right words or the drive to say what they really wanted to say. They liked each other a lot but something seemed to keep them back. A respect of each other made it impossible for either one to be comfortable alone wit Demons Of Razgriz prt 9

Demons Of Razgriz prt 8Many were afraid to try and do anything. They said, “Those two. Up there, they are the Razgriz. We would be obliterated; we are no match for them they are the best of the best.”   The battle went on for what seemed like forever. Neither pilot talking but their hearts racing, pumping with adrenaline, waiting to see who would be the one to go home.
